August Adventure Jr. – Disney’s Aladdin Kids
SPARC and Cadence Theatre Company bring their popular, sell-out August Adventure camp back this summer to present Disney’s Aladdin Kids, a musical filled with enchantment and mystery! Adapted from the Disney movie, this musical will have you humming your favorite tunes, such as “Friend Like Me,” “A Whole New World,” and “Prince Ali.” This two-week summer performance camp is for pre-k through rising grade 4 students. Campers will enjoy rotations of singing, dancing, acting, and arts and crafts as they collaborate to bring this beloved show to life. The final performance will be on August 12. Extended day care is available for ages 4 – 6 from 1PM to 3PM for a one-time additional cost of $120.

August Adventure – Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr.
SPARC and Cadence Theatre Company are making a splash this summer by presenting Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr., adapted from the Broadway show. Students will have a chance to play their favorite characters of both land and sea! This two-week summer performance camp is for students entering grades 5 – 8. Youth will dive into all aspects of performance, including acting, singing, and dancing as they work together to stage this popular story. The final performance will be on August 12. This is the perfect way to have some summer fun before heading back to school! The camp meets Monday–Friday for two weeks: August 1 – 12, 2016.

Film Production Project presented by

Learn the art of visual storytelling by writing, filming and acting in an original short film! From pre-production planning and script writing to acting for the camera, shooting, editing and output, this two-week project is perfect for today’s media savvy student. Professional filmmakers and actors will lead students through all aspects of movie-making.
