Embark on a whimsical adventure this winter with Seussical JR.! Join Horton the Elephant, the mischievous Cat in the Hat, and a host of beloved Dr. Seuss characters as they come to life on stage in a magical musical journey created by Tony winners Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty.

From the enchanting Jungle of Nool to the lively Circus McGurkus, let the Cat in the Hat guide you through the captivating tale of Horton the Elephant. Discover a tiny world on a speck of dust, where the Whos need Horton's protection against naysayers and dangers. Watch as Horton, entrusted with an abandoned egg by the carefree Mayzie La Bird, faces ridicule, danger, and even a trial.

Throughout the challenges, witness the unwavering faith of Gertrude McFuzz in Horton. In Seussical JR., the powers of friendship, loyalty, family, and community are put to the test and emerge triumphant in the end. It's a fantastical musical extravaganza filled with heartwarming lessons and delightful characters that will captivate children and youth from ages 4 to 9th grade.

*This production model incorporates the talents of many aged kids, since Seussical JR has a large cast and requires actors of many different ages and sizes. Our middle school groups and the elementary school groups will rehearse separately in their own classes and not be combined unless it is a first read-thru or a final put together.
